Five Ways To Order Healthier Fall Starbucks Drinks
The start of fall begins, for many—with Starbucks yearly release of the PSL. Even if it’s still hot where you live, you can usher in the season with an iced version and turn the air on full blast as you do some weather manifestation chants. The original PSL has around 300kcals for a grande and 50 grams of sugar which can be a daywrecker if you get mood swings from blood sugar spikes (everyone does lol). Below are five ways to stay on track but still enjoy the joys of driving through and seeing the employees with pumpkin hats hand you a bit of fall dopamine!
