Ten Minute Surf And Turf : Paleo/Primal

I have a short attention span when it comes to cooking so when you come across my blog and see a recipe, you can bet on it taking very minimal effort and prep!

This recipe is for air fryer skirt steak and pan-grilled shrimp with garlic butter and it takes all of ten minutes with very little cleanup. Plus, it fits into the paleo and primal eating template with minor adjustments for either! We have a Breville air fryer/toaster combo and I literally never use the oven anymore. I added it to my storefront if you want to get one for yourself and it’s actually aesthetic-unlike most air fryers you don’t want on your counter!

Note: you can air fry the shrimp also, I just don’t think they’re as moist as they are when you do them in the pan. To air fry you’ll just put them in with the steak for the last 7 mins!
